The festival was very well attended on all four days, spread over two weekends, said Rolf Ronner, Managing Director of the Openair, in a press release on Sunday morning.

Over 100 international and national artists performed. The majority of the non-Swiss acts came from Germany. For example, Nina Chuba with her rap, which contains elements of dancehall and R 'n' B, or Apache 207, known for his street rap with a pop twist. Other musical highlights listed by the organizers included Canadian singer Shawn Mendes, US rapper and musician Post Malone and Italian DJ Anyma.

Swiss acts made up a considerable part of the Zurich Openair line-up. Their rap hearts were probably also beating faster. According to the organizers, Lo & Leduc from Bern and Manillio were among the highlights. The Bernese veterans Patent Ochsner and To Athena from Lucerne also provided poetic moments with their chamber pop music.

The musicians performed on a new main stage for the first time. According to the communiqué, they had an area of 800 square meters at their disposal to captivate the audience. The next edition of the music festival will take place on August 28 and 29, 2026 and September 4 and 5.
