One year after "Bagger Drama" celebrated its Swiss premiere at the Solothurn Film Festival and was nominated for the Prix de Soleure, director Piet Baumgartner's first feature-length film has been entered into the race for the Swiss Film Prize with seven nominations. The film portrays a family that finds it difficult to talk about feelings, love and intimacy after the death of daughter Nadine.

"À bras-le-corps" is right up there with seven nominations. The film portrays a woman who becomes pregnant at the age of 15 as a result of rape during the Second World War.

The film "Heldin", with which director Petra Volpe was in the running for an Oscar nomination, is nominated in two categories. The Swiss Film Awards will be presented in Zurich on March 27.
