It was a conflict-ridden break-up when Lunik split up after 15 years. Now the band is announcing a comeback: "After many years, we're back on stage together. With old songs, lots of memories, new emotions and the same passion as back then," says the band's website.
The career of the successful Swiss group began with the trip-hop record "Rumour" (1999), later Lunik's music developed into electronic-melancholic pop. Formative albums and chart positions followed. Even today, the mere thought of titles such as "Little Bit" or "The Most Beautiful Song" is enough to make the songs ring in your ears.
According to the concert organizers, Lunik will be performing the announced reunion tour with the original line-up. These are singer Jaël Malli, guitarist Luk Zimmermann, Adrian Amstutz on bass and guitar, keyboardist Cédric Monnier and Mats Marti on drums.
