  • Till Lindemann achieves a legal victory against the Youtuber Kayla Shyx.
  • In a viral video, she talks about various actions at Rammstein parties - these statements are now banned in court.
  • Lindemann's connections to "paedophile rapists" were also not credible "connecting facts".

The Hamburg Regional Court found some of the statements made by Youtuber Kayla Shyx to be unjustified. The accusations against Till Lindemann were "procedurally untrue factual allegations".

Shyx said, for example, that at Rammstein concerts young women were given alcohol, drugs and knockout drops and sexually abused. The regional court has now banned her from making these statements.

It was also defamatory to claim that Lindemann had connections to "pedophile rapists". There were no credible "connecting facts" for this.

Proceedings initiated against Shelby Lynn

The lawyer for Rammstein singer Till Lindemann also emphasized that there is still a lack of any evidence that the allegations are true.

The frontman has also initiated proceedings against Irish fan Shelby Lynn after she was the first person ever to accuse him of sexual assault.

An injunction was also obtained against "Der Spiegel", which had claimed that women had been drugged and abused at parties after Rammstein concerts.
