The reason: the electro-soul musician from Zurich has technical problems during his performance. While he was performing the hit "Rester soi-même" by Stress in his own way, a cable came loose. As a result, he could no longer hear himself properly during his performance via the plug in his ear.
The artist is at least as frustrated as his coach Stress. "It's live. It happened." His performance turned out accordingly.
"You can't fuck it up"
And that's exactly what makes Stress so angry. It was a live performance. There was only one chance. "You can't fuck it up," he emphasizes and adds: "And it makes me so fucking angry." But it just happened.
Whether Stress forgives the mishap and Elija Tamou still makes it through - or whether one of the other talents takes the stage win - you can find out next Monday in the third episode of "Sing It Your Way".
