Danni Büchner, known from various reality formats, has changed a lot externally in recent years. The 46-year-old has lost weight, started a sports program and is hardly recognizable. But despite these changes, her old image still clings to her. "I think I've shown in recent years that I can change," she told RTL. She emphasizes that it is important to her to work on herself every day in order to be taken seriously as she gets older.

However, the path to change is not easy. "People just think: 'Oh, Danni Büchner, she's just the wife or widow of...' I've also heard on social media or perhaps from colleagues that they just think: 'Oh yeah, you can't take her seriously, she can't do anything'." This perception hurts her and she is determined to work on it. "We only have this one life and I still want to achieve so much and I will still achieve a lot."
New plans for the future
Danni Büchner has big plans for the future. She dreams of owning her own property, further TV projects and even new happiness in love. "Maybe in four years' time I'll be so happy that I'll say I'm doing it a third time: I'm getting married again!" There are also changes in her private life: Her daughter Joelina recently moved out, which is a big step for Danni. "I will certainly miss Joelina - as a daughter, as a supporter, as a friend," she recently admitted wistfully to 'Bild'.
