Tickets for the ESC shows were all gone within 22 minutes on Wednesday afternoon, as the organizers announced on Wednesday. It is not known whether there will be a third wave of sales.

Fans who were unsuccessful after the second wave of sales now still have the chance to resell their tickets, the organizers wrote. For most live shows, fans would still have the opportunity to buy tickets from other buyers. Ticket holders can resell their tickets via the Ticketcorner platform fanSALE.ch if they are unable to attend the ESC, according to the press release.

Tickets were sold for a total of nine shows: In addition to the live show of the two semi-finals and the final, there will be two preview shows each for various purposes, including as dress rehearsals that can be experienced in the same way as the broadcasted shows. At the request of the Keystone-SDA news agency, those responsible did not comment on how many tickets were sold on Wednesday.

During the ESC week from 10 to 17 May, there will be a large supporting program in the city of Basel in addition to the nine shows in the St. Jakobshalle. These events, for example in the Eurovision Village or at open-air concerts on Barfüsserplatz, can also be attended without a ticket.
