Music Fanta 4 and other bands for the upcoming Openair Gampel have been announced
The long-standing German hip-hop band Die Fantastischen Vier will take center stage at Openair Gampel in August 2025. The first band package also includes music groups from the fields of punk rock, metal and pop, as the organizers announced on Friday.

With Die Fantastischen Vier, a classic of the German hip-hop scene is on the line-up of the Valais music festival. With hits such as "Die Da!?!" and "Troy", the band conquered the German music world in the 1990s and shaped the country's hip-hop scene.
In general, the first well-known band line-up at the cross-genre Openair Gampel features a striking number of German musicians. With Feine Sahne Fischfilet, the Openair has booked a punk rock band that has been successful for years with its political lyrics against the right. The singer-songwriter Paula Hartmann and the electropop band Grossstadtgeflüster will also be performing at the festival from neighboring Germany.
Openair Gampel has also announced Papa Roach from the USA. They are known for their nu-metal, with which they became successful in the 1990s.
Acts from Switzerland will also be playing at the festival. These include the rapper and singer Cachita, who has made a name for herself in the last few years with her mix of Latin, R 'n' B and hip-hop. Valentino Vivace from Ticino brings kitschy retro pop in Italian and Veronica Fusaro brings sensitive pop and singer-songwriting to Valais.
Around 100,000 people visit Openair Gampel every year. The 2025 edition will take place from August 14 to 17.
