The nu-metal band Linkin Park were due to perform in Bern on Friday evening. However, the US group canceled the concert at short notice on Friday afternoon.

The reason for the cancellation was the illness of a band member, according to Live Nation. Fans who wanted to see the alternative rock group at the Bernexpo site this Friday will get their money's worth next year: According to the announcement, the concert will be made up as part of the 2026 European tour.

Fans will therefore miss out on the opportunity to see the US band with new lead singer Emily Armstrong on Friday.
