Karina Berger: from mommy to event agency

In 1988, the trained hairdresser was voted the most beautiful Swiss woman. One year later, Karina Berger also won Miss Globe International. She dedicated herself to the Miss Switzerland organization for twenty years until she retired in 2014. She founded her own event agency with her husband Thomas Russenberger (56).

Karina Berger (55) is a mother of two and lives near Zurich. In 2020, she danced on the SRF show "Darf ich bitten?". Once with her daughter Shenay.

Melanie Winiger: high-flyer from Ticino

The high school student from Ticino was crowned Miss Switzerland in 1996 at the age of 17. Melanie Winiger has appeared in various films, including "Achtung, Fertig, Charlie!" (2003), "Breakout" (2007) and "Lommbock" (2017). The 45-year-old has also landed several roles in TV series.

Winiger has also made a name for herself as a presenter of major events. She has hosted the Swiss Music Awards on several occasions. Between 2006 and 2015, she entertained an audience of millions at the annual live TV final draw for the UEFA Champions League in Monte Carlo.

Melanie Winiger was married to rapper Stress from 2008 to 2012. She is the mother of a grown-up son (2002) and lives in the Zurich region with the love of her life, Timo Todzi.

Tanja Gutmann: from drama school to mental coach

The Bernese actress became Miss Switzerland in 1997. She then attended the "European Film Actor School" in Zurich and appeared in various TV productions, including "Alarm for Cobra 11".

From fall 2006, she hosted the news program on the Bernese local TV station TeleBärn and from 2008 regularly hosted events. From 2009 to mid-2010, she was once again in action for Tele M1. In the fall of 2010, she also took over from Susanne Kunz as the external presenter of "Happy Day". Tanja Gutmann wrote the book "Dem Leben so nah wie nie zuvor" about her brain tumor disease, which was published in 2002.

Today, the 45-year-old works as an event and TV presenter and offers coaching in the areas of mental strength and self-hypnosis.

Tanja Gutmann is a mother; her son was born in 2014. Her relationship status is not known.

Christa Rigozzi: From university to Miss in the fast lane

Christa Rigozzi was crowned Miss Switzerland in 2006. Since then, the 41-year-old has been going full throttle. Rigozzi successfully studied criminology and communication science at the University of Fribourg.

Rigozzi presents major programs on Swiss television, including shows such as "Die grössten Schweizer Talente" and "Arena/Reporter".

Christa Rigozzi is a sought-after brand ambassador and event presenter. She lives with her husband Giovanni Marchese and their girls in her home canton. Twins Alissa and Zoe were born on December 31, 2016. Christa Rigozzi is considered the most successful Miss of all time.
