A late-night songwriting session between Taylor Swift and musician Gracie Abrams ends in a lot of laughter and the use of a fire extinguisher: American singer-songwriter Abrams posted videos of it on her Instagram account. There you can see Swift (34) and Abrams (24) writing a song together at the piano. Suddenly Swift is standing in the kitchen, where a small fire is blazing on the counter.
"What am I going to do about it?" she says, joking, "I think we're going to die." To Abrams' laughter, she handles the fire extinguisher and calls it a "bitch" because she can't get it to go off straight away. Until it finally works, and Swift laughs at the objects still lying on the counter in the haze of the fire extinguisher: "Our wallets are ruined, and our shoes, and the whole room, I think."
Cool head
Abrams wrote: "Writing this entire song from 2am to 6am was one of the most fun things I've done in my life."
The "Bild" newspaper had previously reported on the incident. Swift often works with other musicians. The band Paramore will be the support act on her German tour, which starts in Gelsenkirchen on July 17.
