Silva was the first woman from Switzerland to take part in the Dance-Your-Style world final. The 31-year-old from Villeneuve in the canton of Vaud won the Swiss competition last August and thus also her ticket to the world event in the USA.
The next world final will take place in Zurich's Hallenstadion on 24 October 2026, as the organizer Red Bull announced on its website on Sunday. The city will host the "best international street dancers".
In the competition, two people duel each other on a dance floor. According to the organizer, the audience decides who wins. In total, almost 10,000 dancers from over 50 countries took part in this year's competition.
