And this is how it happened: Teri Hatcher was blocked on the dating app Hinge, as she has now revealed in an interview with "Entertainment Tonight".

According to the actress, Hinge blocked her because other users claimed that she was only "pretending" to be Teri Hatcher after not responding to potential dates.
"It was probably silly to try it out," says Hatcher, summing up her experience with digital dating.
She continues: "But I was kind of trying to say to the universe: 'I'm open. I'm not afraid.' I tried it. But I think it's the wrong place for me."
That's why the actress has now decided to focus more on her family and friends again instead of looking for a man online.
"I have lovely girlfriends. I travel, I experience things. I look after my parents. I love my cats. I like to work in the garden. I go to the beach," says Teri Hatcher, who also regularly gives an insight into her everyday life on Instagram.
The actress has "tried everything"
Hinge is not the only dating service that Hatcher has tried. Last January, the actress revealed that she had "tried everything" in her search for a new man to be by her side.
Hatcher said at the time during an appearance on the TV show "Getting Grilled With Curtis Stone" that the exclusive dating app Raya was full of "men who only want to date 30-year-olds".
Teri Hatcher has been married twice. Her first marriage to her personal trainer Markus Leithold lasted less than a year and ended in divorce in 1989.
She then married actor Jon Tenney in 1997. The couple became parents to a daughter, Emerson. After six years, this relationship also ended before the divorce lawyer.
