Ferencvaros are on the verge of winning their seventh championship title in a row in Hungary. Swiss international Stefan Gartenmann was among the scorers in the 3-0 victory in the second-last round.

Gartenmann put his team on the road to victory against Fehervar FC in the 12th minute. It was the third goal of the season for the 28-year-old defender, who made his debut for the Swiss national team in March.
Thanks to the victory, Ferencvaros are three points ahead of Puskas Academy ahead of the final round. The team from the capital Budapest (+32) also has a clearly better goal difference than the team from Felcsut (+19).
The final round will be played on Saturday, May 24. Two days before that, Swiss national coach Murat Yakin will announce the squad for the test matches against the USA and Mexico in June.
