Tanguy Zoukrou has signed a contract with the Swiss champions until the summer of 2028, the club announced. The 1.89 m tall defender made 15 appearances for France's U19 and U20 teams in addition to 45 competitive matches for Troyes.

YB needed reinforcements at center-back following the departure of Aurèle Amenda to Eintracht Frankfurt, the retirement of Fabian Lustenberger and Loris Benito, who is still convalescing after tearing his cruciate ligament in February.

Also on Monday, the Bernese club announced the contract extension with goalkeeper Dario Marzino (27), while young goalkeeper Ardian Bajrami (20) received his first professional contract. With David von Ballmoos (29), Anthony Racioppi (25) and Marvin Keller (21), the Swiss champions have also signed three potential number one goalkeepers.
