Servette and Zurich drew 1-1 in the top match of round 14, with Zurich's lead lasting only a few minutes.

The scoreline at the Stade de Genève came in the minutes before the break. First, Bledian Krasniqi scored in the 39th minute with a long-range shot that surprised Jérémy Frick in the Geneva goal. Zurich's first dangerous move was followed by Servette's reaction in stoppage time of the first half. Miroslav Stevanovic played a wonderful pass in the direction of Timothé Cognat. With the involuntary help of the two FCZ central defenders, the latter outwitted goalkeeper Yanick Brecher.

Both teams came close to scoring a third goal after the break. Servette's Dereck Kutesa, who will be on the road with the Swiss national team in the coming days, forced Brecher into a brilliant save in the 58th minute and narrowly missed the target with a shot a quarter of an hour later.

Zurich can claim to have made a much better impression than two weeks ago in the 3-1 defeat against the same opponents. However, Frick was no longer able to challenge Zurich. Shots from Krasniqi and Samuel Ballet flew over the goal. A shot from Rodrigo Conceição was blocked on the Geneva goal line.
