Croatian playmaker Luka Modric has extended his expiring contract with Spanish champions Real Madrid by one year until the end of the 2025 season.
The club made the announcement on Wednesday. Modric has been playing for the Spanish club since 2012. Last season, the 38-year-old former world footballer won his sixth Champions League title and fourth in the national league.
