The Vaud side won 3-0 at home against Lausanne-Ouchy in the 23rd round and the Neuchâtel side won 4-2 at Schaffhausen.
Stade Nyonnais, who had started the year with just one point in four games, dropped to last place to FC Schaffhausen thanks to their clear success against their cantonal rivals.
Neuchâtel Xamax secured a 4-2 win in Schaffhausen midway through the second half within three minutes thanks to goals from Kenan Fatkic with a penalty and Shkelqim Demhasaj to make it 3-1. The Xamaxiens had previously gone six games without a win.
