Pirmin Schwegler is leaving Bundesliga club Hoffenheim early despite having a contract until summer 2025.
The 37-year-old from Lucerne most recently worked for the Kraichgau club as Head of Professional Football. However, his employment contract will now be terminated on September 6. Previously, the man from central Switzerland worked as chief scout at Bayern Munich, among others. As an active player, Schwegler played for Hoffenheim between 2014 and 2017.
