Four-time Swiss international Simon Sohm is moving from Fiorentina to Bologna on a six-month loan deal within Serie A.

The 24-year-old midfielder only joined Fiorentina from Parma at the start of the new season. Sohm was unable to establish himself as a regular at the Tuscans, who made a disastrous start to the season, as he had previously done at Parma. He only played 19 minutes in four games this year.
At Bologna, Sohm will be team-mates with Remo Freuler.
