Spain are European football champions for the fourth time. Coach Luis de la Fuente's team beat England 2:1 in the final in Berlin.
Substitute Mikel Oyarzabal scored the winner in the 86th minute after Cole Palmer had equalized for England with just over a quarter of an hour remaining. Spain had taken the lead for the first time shortly after the break through Nico Williams.
