The golden goal was scored by German international Deniz Undav after half an hour. Only Stergiou was on the pitch for Stuttgart. Rieder and Jaquez, like Cédric Zesiger for Augsburg, remained on the bench for 90 minutes.
The other quarter-finals are scheduled for Wednesday and the end of February. The semi-finals will take place on April 1 and 2.
