Genis Montolio (17th minute), Layton Stewart (47th) and Nils Reichmuth (68th) scored the goals for Thun. Nadjack could only reduce the deficit twice for the financially hard-pressed bottom club.
On the Lausanne Pontaise, Warren Caddy scored for Ouchy after half an hour, meaning Etoile Carouge missed out on reclaiming 2nd place.
At least until Saturday, Thun lead the table by seven points. Aarau, who have been unbeaten in the league since the beginning of November, host Bellinzona on Saturday.
