Young Boys have signed 26-year-old left-back Abdu Conté. The Portuguese is joining on a season-long loan from French second division side Troyes.

As the Bernese club announced, they have an option to purchase the player at a later date.
Conté was trained at Sporting Lisbon and is a former junior international. He moved to Troyes via Moreirense in January 2022.
