
The ZSC Lions successfully defend their Swiss championship title in the National League. The Zurich team won the fifth game of the playoff final in Lausanne 3:2 and the series 4:1.
After their triumph in the Champions Hockey League, the ZSC Lions can continue to call themselves national champions. They sealed the deal against Lausanne at the first opportunity. Jesper Fröden scored the winning goal in the final period to make it 3-2.
