A 45-year-old Syrian man was stopped at Chiasso TI railroad station with 90 kilograms of undeclared shisha tobacco. The man stated that he had bought the goods in Dubai.

According to information from the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS) on Friday, the man stated that he had traveled by plane from Dubai to Bergamo. He then wanted to continue his journey by train to Amsterdam. Tickets for the night train from Zurich to Amsterdam were found on the 45-year-old.
