Traffic accident 7-year-old girl suffers life-threatening injuries in quad bike accident in Menzingen ZG

A seven-year-old girl sustained life-threatening injuries in a quad bike accident in Menzingen ZG on Thursday evening. She was flown by air ambulance to a hospital outside the canton.

The girl was riding a quad bike with her father, as the Zug law enforcement authorities reported on Friday. When the father got off the vehicle, the girl continued on her own without a helmet.

During the ride, she lost control of the quad bike, hit a crash barrier and was thrown onto the road. The Zug police have launched an investigation.
