The Swiss man described how the violence occurred from his point of view. The situation between him and the woman had become increasingly heated. It was often about the visiting arrangements for the then nine-year-old daughter, who lived with her father. She was afraid of her mother, said the accused.
The man confessed in full. On that October evening, the divorced couple had once again argued. He had completely lost control and could hardly remember, said the accused.
The public prosecutor is demanding 16 years imprisonment for murder.
