Syria At least 15 dead in attack on church in Damascus

At least 15 people have been killed in an attack on a church in the Syrian capital Damascus, according to rescue workers.

A suicide bomber entered St. Elias Church, opened fire and then blew himself up, the Syrian Interior Ministry announced on Sunday. The ministry blamed the jihadist militia Islamic State (IS) for the attack.
