Turnover rose by 7.4% to 13.4 billion, as the company, which specializes in airport stores and freeway service areas, announced on Wednesday. Operating profit (core EBITDA) was 12 percent higher at just under 1.3 billion. The corresponding margin rose from 9.0 percent to 9.4 percent.

This left a net profit of 386 million. This is a quarter more than in the previous year. The dividend is to be increased by 30 centimes to CHF 1.00.

Meanwhile, the company believes it is on track with its strategy until 2027. Until then, Avolta expects sales growth of 5 to 7 percent per year at constant exchange rates. At the same time, the core EBITDA margin is expected to increase by 20 to 40 basis points annually.
