Dejond currently employs 68 people and expects sales of EUR 15 million for the current financial year, as Bossard announced on Monday. The purchase was completed on June 28. The acquisition was financed through existing credit facilities. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

According to Bossard, it has been working with Dejond for over 30 years. According to the press release, there is great potential in combining Dejond's technical expertise and Bossard's global market reach.

The metals business is not part of the acquisition. It will continue to operate under the Dejond name, it added.
