Good chances for the cash initiative and the introduction of individual taxation: both are likely to be accepted in the referendum on March 8. Polls from mid-February see no chance for the SRG halving initiative and the climate fund initiative.

According to the 20 Minuten/Tamedia poll from February 18 and 19, the cash initiative is supported by 53% of respondents, the counter-proposal by 65%. The introduction of individual taxation is also supported by 53% of respondents. The SRG halving initiative was rejected by 57% of respondents, while 68% were against the climate fund initiative.
Respondents in the SRG survey conducted between February 11 and 19 were more clearly in favor of the cash initiative, with 61%, and as many as 70% in favor of the counter-proposal. The result for individual taxation would have been a narrow 52% in favor.
Both the SRG halving initiative with 54% and the climate fund initiative with 65% of votes against would have been rejected.
