Health Coop recalls Branche chocolate due to metal parts
Coop is recalling two Halba brand chocolate products. There may be metal parts in the "Maxi Branche Classic", which is why there is a health risk. The products should not be consumed, Recall Swiss announced on Monday morning.

The products affected by the recall are "Halba Maxi Branche Classic" in the 45-gram pack and in the 5x45-gram multipack. According to distributor Coop, only the batches with the best-before dates 02.10.2026 and 03.10.2026 are affected.
The items have already been blocked for sale, it added. They were available from February 9 to 13, 2026 in Coop supermarkets, Coop City department stores, at Coop Pronto and online.
Goods already purchased can be returned to the points of sale. The sales price will be refunded, Coop also announced.
