A 28-year-old Swiss man filmed underage boys urinating several times in the toilet of a shopping center in the Zurich lowlands. The district court of Bülach ZH sentenced him to a conditional prison sentence of 14 months.

The trial on Tuesday was held in summary proceedings. The defendant confessed and accepted the prosecution's proposed sentence. In addition to the secret filming, the man, who lives in the canton of Thurgau, was also charged with possession of child pornography.

He will only have to serve the 14-month prison sentence if he commits another offense within the probationary period of two years.

The court also banned him for life from all professional and non-professional activities involving regular contact with minors.

The judgment is not yet final. However, due to the abbreviated proceedings, the options for an appeal to the higher court are severely limited.
