During an inspection, the Federal Customs and Border Guard Corps (FCC) found 30 kilograms of cocaine in a car. Two men were subsequently reported to the public prosecutor's office in Ticino for serious violations of the Narcotics Act.

The two men were stopped on April 16, according to a communiqué from the Ticino public prosecutor's office, the Ticino cantonal police and the FCA. The cocaine had been hidden in the two men's car.
