A fourth defendant was completely acquitted. The highest sentence was given to the bandido who was the first to open fire after the Hells Angels had entered the bar.
Almost four years in custody were taken into account. The man was found guilty of two attempted homicides and endangering the lives of others, among other things.
The second shooter from Plainpalais, a Hells Angel, was acquitted of the charge of attempted murder. He received a prison sentence of 30 months for brawling and violating the Weapons Act, six months of which have already been served.
