The second instance thus confirmed the judgment of the criminal court "in its entirety" with only "minimal deviations", as the president of the court said. The sentence of the lower court remains in place, as does the 14-year ban from the country for the Turkish citizen.
The former Hells Angel was convicted of multiple rape and sexual assault, sexual acts with children, money laundering and aiding and abetting money laundering, offenses against the Weapons Act and Gambling Act, incitement to abuse of office, bribery and forgery of documents.
He must pay the victim of the sexual offenses, a 14-year-old girl at the time, compensation and damages in the five-figure range. He must also pay 300,000 francs to the state. The verdict is not yet final.
