The Criminal Chamber acquitted the two men of the charge of participating in a terrorist organization for their activities within the framework of the allegedly terrorist Kosovar group "Brothers of Viti" and its Swiss offshoot in Geneva.

One Kosovar must serve 15 months of the 30-month sentence. The court ordered him to be deported for five years. It also found him guilty of multiple counts of fraud, money laundering, forgery of documents and unlawful receipt of family allowances.

The co-defendant was also convicted of commercial fraud, money laundering, multiple forgery of documents, depictions of violence, unlawful receipt of social security benefits and other offenses.
