Due to a fire in Dintikon AG, residents are advised to close windows and doors.

A fire broke out in the Aargau municipality of Dintikon on Wednesday afternoon. "The fire is huge, several fire engines are already in action," an eyewitness told Blick.

The federal government has issued a warning via the AlertSwiss warning app: "Close windows and doors and switch off ventilation and air conditioning systems." The affected area should also be avoided.

According to the Aargau cantonal police, initial findings indicate that the fire involved a barn and a caravan. A huge column of smoke can be seen in pictures in several media.
