Fire All fatalities in Crans Montana VS have been identified
All 40 victims of the fire disaster in Crans-Montana VS on New Year's Eve have been identified. This was announced by the Valais authorities on Sunday evening. The identification work on the 16 remaining bodies has now been completed.

They are two Swiss women aged 15, a Swiss woman aged 22, a Swiss-French dual national aged 24, an Italian woman aged 16, an Italian woman aged 15, an Italian man aged 16, a Portuguese woman aged 22 and a Belgian woman aged 17.
Also among those identified were a French woman aged 33, a French woman aged 26, a French man aged 23, a French man aged 20, a French man aged 17, a French man aged 14 and a 15-year-old triple national (France/Israel/UK), according to a statement from the public prosecutor's office.
