At least two dead in new Russian attacks on Kiev

Explosions were also reported from the Ukrainian port city of Odessa during the night, as Governor Oleh Kiper wrote on Telegram. Earlier that evening, at least one person had been killed and six others injured when a Russian drone hit a block of flats.
