An Iranian rocket attack injured 58 people in an Arab town in northern Israel last night. According to the Israeli rescue service Magen David Adom, one woman was moderately injured by shrapnel and all the others were slightly injured by shards of glass. All of them were taken to hospitals. In addition, paramedics reportedly treated another 15 people on the scene for anxiety.

The Israeli police announced that there had been an impact near a residential building in the village of Sarsir near the city of Nazareth. Security footage showed a badly damaged house, a destroyed car and a dead foal. According to Israel's fire department, other houses were damaged, some of them severely. A fire also broke out in the town after the impact. Israel's army said it was investigating the circumstances of the incident.
