According to the authorities, at least four people have been killed by Russian shelling in the eastern Ukrainian region of Kharkiv. A man and a woman were killed by Russian artillery in the city of Kupjansk, according to military governor Oleh Synjehubow. The front line runs around six kilometers northeast of the city. In addition, shells from Russian multiple rocket launchers killed a woman and a man in the settlement of Shevchenkov west of Kupyansk.
