Politics Hospital: 34 dead in Israeli attack in Gaza
According to Palestinian reports, there have been many casualties in an Israeli attack in the city of Gaza. At least 34 people were killed and dozens more were injured, some critically, staff at the nearby Shifa Hospital told the German Press Agency.

According to the information, several minors and women were among the victims. A journalist was also killed. Eyewitnesses reported that a café on one of the city's beach promenades had been hit.
Hamas, on the other hand, spoke of an Israeli attack on a camp for displaced persons on the beach in the city of Gaza; according to the Palestinian news agency Wafa, a rest area on the beach was hit.
Israel's military wants to investigate the reports. According to its own statements, the army is taking action against Hamas and other terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip. It always emphasizes that it is taking measures to protect uninvolved civilians.
