"As a result of the strike, the electricity infrastructure has been damaged. Emergency power cuts are now in force in parts of the city," Governor Oleh Kiper announced on Telegram. Two houses and a business center were damaged by falling debris from downed drones and by pressure waves after explosions, he said. Four people were injured.

Ukraine has been defending itself against the Russian war of aggression for more than three years.
