The Russian military once again attacked Ukraine with missiles during the night and also targeted the capital Kiev. The news portal "Kyiv Independent" reported in the morning, citing Mayor Vitali Klitschko, of several explosions, three injured people and a partially destroyed office building. Fires broke out in several districts of the metropolis, it said, and rescue teams were deployed. According to the report, missile alarms were also sounded in other parts of the country.

The previous evening, the Russian military had covered Ukraine with new swarms of drones, which according to media reports came under fire from air defenses.
