It then said that the threat was over and the security situation had returned to normal. Qatar is home to the important US military base al-Udaid, among others.

The United Arab Emirates announced that its air defenses had intercepted twelve more missiles, three of which had also fallen in the water. In addition, all but one of a total of 18 drones were intercepted. According to official figures, there have been attacks involving around 250 missiles and 1,400 drones in the country so far. The Emirates have come under particularly heavy fire so far. So far, four people have been killed in attacks there and more than 110 have been injured.

According to the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, the 31st wave of missiles against targets in Israel and against US positions in the region is already underway.
