Israel's north has once again come under rocket fire from Iran and Lebanon. The Israeli army announced this morning that rockets had been fired at Israel from Iran. According to media reports, warning sirens sounded in the border area with Lebanon and on the occupied Golan Heights.
Subsequently, the Israeli news portal "ynet" reported that ten rockets had also been fired from Lebanon at Israel's north. Some of these were intercepted by the missile defense system and the rest hit open areas.
There were initially no reports of casualties. During the night there had been rocket hits in various places in Israel.
