According to the Kremlin, Russian President Vladimir Putin has agreed to a US proposal to cease all attacks on energy infrastructure in Ukraine for 30 days if Ukraine does the same. This was announced by the Kremlin following a telephone conversation between Putin and US President Donald Trump. The White House did not specify when this step would take effect.
