Politics Larijani reaffirms Iran's course of resistance
Iran's top official Ali Larijani has announced that Tehran intends to continue its resistance against the USA and Israel. In a letter to Muslims worldwide and Islamic states, he declared that Iran would continue to pursue its "path of resistance against the great and the little Satan".

At the same time, Larijani criticized the lack of solidarity from other Islamic countries. Apart from a few exceptions - and even then only at a political level - no state had come to the rescue.
Larijani is Secretary General of the Supreme National Security Council - the central body for foreign and security policy. In this role, he mediates between the Security Council, the Office of the Leader of the Revolution, the armed forces and the Revolutionary Guards. The 67-year-old is currently one of the country's most important crisis managers, especially since the death of the Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in attacks by the USA and Israel.
